Well, I’ve just posted the pictures from Colorado and Baring. Both trips were really great. Colorado was strenuous and active, lots of scenery and laughs. Seeing the old cabins, clubhouse and friends from Baring was really neat. I had flashbacks of all the fun times and great memories. Thanks to Brenda for getting it going and to Heidi for providing lunch that Monday. And thanks to eveyone else for providing the witty conversation, laughs and good times. Susie is in N. Carolina taking care of her sister for 2 weeks. I’m holding down the home front. Tomorrow I head to Rochester to bring back some of Matt and Steve’s stuff. They’ll both be back home next week. In June, Susie and I head to San Diego for wedding of friends daughter, July we’re going to Colorado to join Deb, Roger, Don and Leigh. I’m driving back with Don and Leigh to spend time with Mom and Dad in Shelbina, then Susie and Steve will be joining us for the Baring reunion. Then in Sept. we hope to visit Nancy and Deiter in Germany. It’ll be a fun summer. Let’s have some other posts so that we may be able to cross paths.

It becomes pretty easy to upload pictures after one or two tries. Please take advantage of the site and upload some pictures and use the blog (write function) to keep us abreast of your family news and travels. Enjoy and thank Matt for setting this up. It took quite a lot of time and work. Dave K.

I’ve booked my flight and will be flying into Kansas City on Monday, March 14th at about 3PM. Leaving on March 30th a Wednesday. May drop in on Leigh that day and then go on Mom and Dad. Intend to play some golf and maybe help Mom at the shop. Will also try to see Don and family as schedule premits. Love all. Dave.*

Hi Matt wanted me to try out posting to the site so thought I had better give it a try. We will be having our annual branding on April 2. We had hoped Nic, Kacy, and Nicole could make it out but looks like it will omly be Nicole who can come. Kacy has Spring Break starting that weekend and they already had a trip planned to Florida. Nicole has Spring Break March 14-18 then mine is March 21-25 and Kacy’s April 4-8. So we were unable to plan anything together. We hope to have Nic and Kacy here sometime in late May or early June. Nicole has a new address in Arlington, she is now only a few minutes from her where she teaches. Address is Nicole Swisher; 1606 Nandina; Arlington, TX 76014. Well that is it for the Bowes for now will catch you later. -Debby
